Misson Statement

We will train and prepare to be the best we can be. The sport allows us at times to compete individually and gives us an opportunity to benefit from our work ethic, discipline, sacrifice, perseverance, and preparation. However, we will look, act, and be a team. We will be a great teammate by being cooperative, respectful, caring, positive, and enthusiastic for each other and our sport. We are a family. We will be dedicated and show pride for what we stand for as a student-athlete at Valley. We will be a part of a well-rounded program that is competitive at the highest level in every event and as a team.

We didn't do that well at state but that doesn't mean its the end for Valley's track career for the future. Here are some things we can imrpove on:
